Beginning January 1, 2026, your employer will provide each eligible employee who meets the clinical criteria with up to $225 per month to use toward the cost of GLP-1 drugs. This credit can be accessed through direct reimbursement or, starting March 1, 2026, through a pre-paid debit card for certain drugs and certain pharmacies.
