Zepbound may be obtained directly from drug manufacturer through LillyDirect®

1. Visit www.lilly.com/lillydirect/medicines/zepbound
2. Ask your doctor to send an electronic prescription to LillyDirect Self Pay Pharmacy Solutions from their electronic prescribing system. 
3. Once the pharmacy receives your prescription from your prescriber, GiftHealth will send you a checkout link to pay for your drug. If you do not get the checkout link, please call 833-707-6619. 
4. After paying for your drug, you will get a tracking number from GiftHealth when your drug ships. 
5. You can use your $225 monthly credit the following way to get reimbursed for the some of the drug cost: 

• Direct Reimbursement: Pay with your personal credit or debit card, then visit our "Request Reimbursement" page to request Reimbursement.  Please note that you must use a payment method other than your HSA account if you wish to receive direct reimbursement for these drugs under this program. 

• RxCard Pe-Paid Restricted Spend Debit Card : Please note that split payment is not an option for this pharmacy, therefore, you cannot use your debit card at this pharmacy.

Wegovy may be obtained directly from the drug manufacturer through NovoCare®

1. Visit www.novocare.com/pharmacy.html
2. Ask your doctor to send an electronic prescription to NovoCare® Pharmacy from their electronic prescribing system. 
3. Once the pharmacy receives your prescription from your prescriber, you will receive a text message or phone call with instructions from NovoCare® Pharmacy to set up an account and pay for your drug. 
4. After setting up your account and paying, you can schedule your delivery with NovoCare® Pharmacy. 
5. You can use your $225 monthly credit one of two ways to pay toward the cost of the drug: 

• Direct Reimbursement: Pay with your personal credit or debit card, then visit our "Request Reimbursement" page to request Reimbursement. Please note that you must use a payment method other than your HSA account if you wish to receive direct reimbursement for these drugs under this program. 

• RxCard Pe-Paid Restricted Spend Debit Card: Call NovoCare® Pharmacy at 1-855-382-2533 and ask them to apply your prepaid RxCard first to use the $225 credit, then pay any remaining balance with your HSA card, personal credit card, or debit card. 

 Wegovy and and Zepbound maybe also be obtained from most major retail pharmacies.  

1. Visit your preferred pharmacy.
2. Work with the pharmacy and your prescriber directly to order your preferred GLP-1. 
3. You can use your $225 monthly credit the following way to get reimbursed for the some of the drug cost: 

• Direct Reimbursement: Pay with your personal credit or debit card, then visit our "Request Reimbursement" page to request Reimbursement.  Please note that you must use a payment method other than your HSA account if you wish to receive direct reimbursement for these drugs under this program. 

• RxCard Pe-Paid Restricted Spend Debit Card: Please ask the pharmacy to apply your prepaid RxCard first to use the $225 credit, then pay any remaining balance with your HSA card, personal credit card, or debit card.  Please note that all pharmacies may have split payment as an option, please check with the pharmacy directly about this option. 

 Semaglutide and Tirzepatide maybe also be obtained from compounding pharmacies.  

1. Contact your preferred compound pharmacy
2. Work with the compounding pharmacy and your prescriber directly to order your preferred GLP-1 
3. You can use your $225 monthly credit the following way to get reimbursed for the some of the drug cost:
