No. While most major pharmacies accept the debit card, the card may not be accepted at all pharmacies. This is completely at the discretion of the pharmacy.

No. Please note that you must use a payment method other than your HSA account if you wish to receive direct reimbursement for these drugs under this program. 

Your employer will contribute up to $225 per month toward the cost of these drugs. The price for these drugs, including any amounts paid in addition to the $225 benefit, will depend on your choice of the GLP-1 drug and the choice of pharmacy, among other factors.
